How To Shift Your Current Set point of Emotions and Expectations

You have to create and foster an environment for it. This begins in your mindset, you have to find a way to shift it to the point of where you begin to thrive. You do this by conjuring up and creating the feeling within you. Make it well known, a familiar and normal part of you. This is building your skillset to hold yourself open to that preferred vibe. It is not something that will occur by doing it every once in awhile. It requires you to be consistent, even in the moments you do not feel like it. You still have to show up for yourself and push through that "I don't want to emotion." In order to become well rehearsed in anything, including gaining and shift control of your emotions it takes practice, practice and even more practice. You have to apply that mentality every moment you are consciously aware of it, if you want to gain traction and start to feel and see a shift in your expectations to where you get the results you are after.
